Il peperoncino si presenta in semi tostati, ma ridotti in polvere, dalle coltivazioni biologiche del Monastero di SILOE (piccola comunità "nuova" di monaci bendettini italiani, che si autofinanzia con i propri prodotti). Il gradevole e piccolo vasetto si presenta dettagliato enlle informazioni e sigilatto con cura e marchio. Riporta l'approvazione dell'Agricoltuta Italiana, la raccomandazione dell'Accademia Italiada del Pepeproncino e anche la data di scadenza a "lungo raggio".
