Il quantitativo necessario per un singolo utilizzo è davvero esiguo e pertanto il campione risulta essere abbastanza durevole. La profumazione al principio si presenta abbastanza intensa ma non disturba l'olfatto, dopo circa mezz'ora tende alla profumazione classica dell'incenso ecclesiastico che si è abituati a sentire durante le celebrazioni.
