The base depicts four significant moments of Christ's life: the Nativity, Christ with the Doctors of the Law, the supper in Emmaus, and Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane. The central node is embellished with coloured gemstones, adding brightness and symbolic value to the entire piece. The cup circumference of the chalice, 3.9 in, features a band decorated with four more significant events: the Crucifixion, the Resurrection, the Pentecost, and the Delivery of the Keys to Peter. The two-tone chalice is entirely enriched with blue and burgundy gemstones, enhancing its solemn character. Handcrafted in Italy, this chalice is the result of refined workmanship that combines tradition, symbolism, and attention to detail.
