The Nivard 33 cl beer was created in 2014 to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the consecration of the monastery. It has a beautiful golden yellow colour and a fresh, compact, finely porous white foam. The nose exudes aromas of malt, yeast and fruit such as peach and grapefruit. On the palate there are flavours of citrus, grapefruit, peach, herbs and pleasant notes of honey.
The finish is dry, pleasantly bitter.
