On the box there is the stylized reproduction of the painting The Adoration of the Three Wise Men, oil painting on canvas (199x113,5 cm) of Albrecht Dürer. Papier machè box with applied image handmade in Russia with the mixed technique of painting and decoupage. The painting is signed with monogram, and dated 1504. It is conserved in the Uffizi Gallery of Florence.
