Mother of God Valdimir in silver

This icon represents the Virgin of Tenderness Vladimir, one of the most ancient icons originally manufactured in Costantinople in the XII century then brought to Vladimir in 1155 and then again to Moscow in 1395 where this icon is celebrated three times a year for the miracolours liberation of the city from the Tartar invasion.
This icon is hand-painted and manufactured according to the ancient Polish silver-plated copper technique. This icon comes in an elegant blue box with internal satin covering.
