Holyart Premium has a cost of £ 35.08 (except for promotions and expiring offers) and is valid for 12 MONTHS from the day you sign up for the service.

How can I subscribe to Holyart Premium?

Activating Holyart Premium is very simple: just visit the registration page and complete the purchase by entering your credit card details. The Premium service will be activated instantly and you can immediately use your Holyart Premium benefits.

For which delivery addresses is the option of free shipping Holyart Premium valid?

The Holyart Premium free shipping option is valid for all orders to the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Monaco, Germany, Austra, Holland, Denmark, Slovenia, Hungry and Czech Republic.You will not be able to benefit from the Premium free shipping option for orders with a delivery address in another country - excluding the countries mentioned above.

How can I renew my subscription to the Holyart Premium service?

Your subscription to Holyart Premium is valid for a period of 12 months and is automatically renewed from year to year.
You can prevent the automatic renewal of the Holyart Premium option at any time by deactivating the automatic renewal option before your subscription expires.
To deactivate the automatic renewal:

Log in to the My Account page
Visit the Holyart Premium section
Check the renewal date displayed on the left of the page; click on Do Not Renew.

Once renewal is deactivated, your membership will end at the specified period, free of charge.

How can I unsubscribe from Holyart Premium?

You can unsubscribe from Holyart Premium by accessing the My Account section in your profile.
To unsubscribe from Holyart Premium:

Visit the section I Holyart Premium
Click on Unsubscribe

Note: If you haven't used your Premium benefits from the time you paid for your subscription to the time you canceled, you will receive a full refund. If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you by email upon confirmation of your request to unsubscribe.
