In order to make the purchase of its products always clear and transparent, Holyart pays particular attention to the publication of comprehensive information about its products, thanks to the use of "product technical sheets"; these sheets include detailed information about the product, its features (price, size, materials, models, weight, etc.) together with high-definition images of each single product. The customer may purchase all products currently on the e-catalogue of holyart.it and displayed on-line at the following website address: (URL) www.holyart.it.
Each product displayed on the web catalogue has a product chart stating its availability as follows:

Prices
Prices reported on Holyart.it are expressed in Euros (€) and other currencies, such as GB pounds (£) or US dollars ($). All prices are VAT included but they do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged to customers, promotion and/or promotional codes excluded, shipping costs are always indicated as a supplement to the price of product/s purchased. In any case, before proceeding with the completion of order placing, shipping costs are clearly reported. Holyart reserves the right to change product prices any time but the company is always committed to offering a fair and convenient price policy in line with the features of the products themselves. Placing an order
In order to place an order on Holyart.it, the customers must follow a four-step path:
- Log in specifying user name and password in the required fields (or register if a new customer);
- Add the product/s you wish to purchase to the cart;
- Choose the desired shipping method;
- Choose the desired payment method;
Once the payment method has been selected, customers must proceed to the payment in full. Once the order has been placed, the sale agreement is completed. Orders can be cancelled in compliance with the terms and conditions described in the ORDER CANCELLATION section.
Shipping of the goods
The products purchased on Holyart.it, if in stock, are shipped within 24 hours from order placement. If the purchased goods are not in stock, we will inform the customer within 24 hours from order placement via email or telephone. Order cancellation
Customers can cancel orders any time after having placed an order on the website by writing a fax at +39 0522 1722256 or an email to customerservice@holyart.it If the order that you wish to cancel has already been paid, Holyart will refund the entire amount within 4 working days starting from order cancellation date. We recommend you to communicate order cancellation within 24 hours from order placement. If the goods have already been shipped after a cancellation, we will collect the goods at your premises at our own expenses. Back to top
