Set of statues for Nativity scene, handmade and painted by Spanish artisans. The body is modelled first, then the clothes are added to suit each figurine. The handmaking process, the limited availability of the fabrics and the personal style of the artisans make each statue different from the others.

Bauer J.11/19/2022Eine überzeugende Ausführung zweier Menschen; besonders die Frau mit der Amphore erinnert mich an die Sünderin, die Jesus einmal die Füsse salben wird, auch bei der Grablegung wird der Leib Jesus gesalbt.
