Nativity scene in olive wood. One of the oldest craft activity in Palestine is olive wood working. This type of wood appears in a rich variety of natural colours and shades, with dark or light veins, visible and irregular. The artisans cure every detail in the process of sculpting and chiselling. Each piece is handmade and may differ from the ones in the pictures.
