Old farmer with hat and staff of natural Swiss pinewood, 12 cm Mountain Nativity Scene. Small statue of an old farmer standing, a staff in his right hand and his hat in the left, holding a rabbit, carved in Swiss pinewood with a pantograph and finished by hand by local craftsmen in Val Gardena (Italy).
This wood is quite soft, scented and has a peculiar red colour.
