Scene realised according to Neapolitan Nativity scene tradition with terracotta statue and shaped cloth clothes.
The movement uses a 220V electric motor and metal links, it is operated by simply connecting the plug.

Thomas W.10/1/2025Sehr schöne neapolitanische Krippenfigur, dieser Metzger. Vielleicht für Vegetarier nicht geeignet. Für eine orientalische Krippe nicht allzu geeignet. Nicht wegen des Schweines, damals gab es ganze Städte in Israel, die nicht jüdisch waren, aber von der Kopfbedeckung ist es natürlich eine neapolitanische Krippenfigur. Der bewegliche Metzger wird von mir auf einem kleinen Marktplatz fest installiert werden. TW
