Illuminated village for 12 cm Neapolitan Nativity Scene, 70x55x35 cm.
Setting inspired by the villages of the Neapolitan tradition, rich in detail and with a dedicated space for the Nativity. The scene is enhanced by an oven with a flickering flame-effect light and by lighting distributed in several points to create a suggestive atmosphere.
The village lighting and the oven's flame effect can be operated independently via two separate power supplies, each supplied with a 220-240V European plug, allowing the functions to be used autonomously.
Available in two variants selectable from the drop-down menu: empty or complete with figurines. The complete version includes 12 cm terracotta figurines dressed in fabric, modelled, painted and finished entirely by hand. The composition includes: shepherd with amphorae, innkeeper, seated shepherd, Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus in the cradle and one sheep.
Made by Creazioni Paolo e Giulia, an Italian artisan workshop that preserves the Neapolitan Nativity tradition. The scenery is entirely handcrafted in Naples and, in the complete version, the figurines are modelled, painted and dressed following the techniques of the historic Neapolitan Nativity ateliers.
The artisanal nature of the workmanship makes each creation unique: in the complete version, fabrics, colours and small details of the clothing may vary according to available materials, while slight differences in the scenery testify to the manual production of each village.
