Modular village for Neapolitan Nativity Scene in 18th century style with Nativity of 10 cm and fountain 60x80x35 cm MOD. 2. Rural village on a rock face made of cork and moss, characterised by houses painted in soft pastel colours and characters of 10 cm average height in their daily routine.
In a cave with an arch-shape entrance covered by moss, we find the Holy Family with Joseph and Mary looking at their son in the manger, just like the ox and the donkey on the back and the Wise Men on the front.
Among the characters, one is animated and creates a more realistic effect with its movement, just like the electric fountain with the water flow and the lights projecting character's shadows. The three 220V plugs on the back power these animations.
This setting in 18th century style is entirely made by hand by Neapolitan craftsmen with traditional materials like wood, moss and cork to create a perfectly detailed and realistic Nativity Scene. The characters are also made by hand in terracotta and fabric.
