Terracotta sheep for 14-16 cm Neapolitan Nativity Scene.
The sleeping sheep is an indispensable element in the pastoral scenes of the Neapolitan Nativity, ideal for completing the flock and harmonising settings dedicated to the Nativity.
The animal’s natural pose helps recreate an atmosphere of calm and authenticity.
The figure is modelled in terracotta while the fleece is made of wool, materials that provide depth and realism to the statuette and highlight the careful attention given to every detail.
This creation comes from the workshop of Creazioni Paolo e Giulia, an Italian artisanal studio specialised in producing figures and animals for the Neapolitan Nativity. Each piece is handcrafted using traditional techniques that reflect the artisans' experience and care. Small variations in finishes and in the woolwork are a natural characteristic of handmade production and make each sheep slightly unique.
Suitable for Nativity Scenes with figurines measuring 14-16 cm.
