This Nativity figurine is made in Naples, the capital of the Italian Nativity Scene tradition. This is a product of high quality Italian craftsmanship. Every character is made of terracotta and dressed with cloth which is then treated and tailored.
The limited availability of the cloth and the hand made artisan nature of the product, makes each character different from the others and therefore unique.

Thomas W.12/7/2022Eine sehr schöne Krippenfigur. Ich interpretiere die Tomaten allerdings als junge Granatapfelbäume, denn Tomaten gab es ja zur Zeit Jesu noch nicht. Für die Neapolitanische krippe aber sind sie natürlich passend.
