Maria R.12/30/2022Il pezzo sarebbe molto, molto bello, ma ci è arrivato danneggiato, nonostante il packaging fosse corretto. Mi ha positivamente colpito l'assistenza di Holyart che ha subito proposto la sostituzione o il rimborso, ed ha immediatamente provveduto a soddisfare la scelta fatta. Sicuramente un comportamento per cui continuerò ad acquistare su questo sito.

Gabriele H.12/1/2021Die Krippe sieht in echt fast noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Die Angaben zu den Figurengrössen war korrekt und sehr hilfreich. Lieferung erfolgte sehr zügig. Gerne wieder.
