Contattato il servizio clienti, facilmente (e non è cosa da poco con le vendite on line), sono stati efficienti e cortesissimi, mi hanno guidato nel sistema per richiedere nuovo cero e, mi hanno inviato subito un nuovo cero (dopo che hanno visto la foto di quello rotto), che è arrivato in soli 2 giorni e questa volta perfetto.
