Mi complimento con voi perché entrambi i prodotti che mi avete mandato (lampada di Aladino e icona russa) sono molto belli, anzi, vi dirò, sono addirittura più belli dal vivo!! Quest'anno per Natale farò veramente dei bei regali a mio marito, appassionato di arte sacra, soprattutto di provenienza russa!! Hello Monica, Thank you for replying so quickly. I realised the cost of the postage was high compared to the price of the rosary, and is outside your control. I am not that good on a computer and I guess the best I could say is I know just enough to be dangerous. I was surprised that I was able to figure out how to translate to English and pounds to dollars. I guess my comment would be, if I could do it, anyone should be able to do it. My husband passed away and my pastor and I had been hunting for something for the church in his memory and we needed a new chalice and plate so we keep looking on the internet for something special and we feel like your product was just what we were hunting for. I haven't received the shipment yet but I have been tracking it and I am well pleased with your service.

Hi, everything was great. Shipping times was good, you sent the items within two days and they arrived 4 days later. Less than a week to arrive which is good service. Items were packaged well and arrived undamaged. The products themselves were good as expected and looked like the ones in the pictures on your website. The only problem is shipping costs are quite high which makes it hard for you to compete against my other suppliers here in the UK. Having said that I am about to place another order quite soon regards

For instance, besides the seemingly rather high cost for shipping, it was more expensive to ship via ordinary mail than by the special shipping company you offered! Il motivo per cui ho rimandato l'ordine è che nel vpostro modulario manca la possibilità di richiedere una consegna ad una tada specifica, chiarisco: per iprossimi sette giorni sarò fuori sede, se vi piazzo l'ordine voi correttemante spedite il tutto, ma il corriere non ha a chi consegnare l'icona, quindi ho pensato di rimandare l'ordine a venerdi della prossima settimana, se invece fosse possibile portarlo a termine adesso specificandovi però una data di consegna al di la della quale mi potete recapitare il tutto sono pronto a fare l'oprdine anche adesso.
