In tanti anni non sono mai rimasto deluso!

Ancora una volta la spedizione è stata rapidissima. il pacco nonostante fosse voluminoso era imballato con cura. Eccezionale la protezione degli oggetti contenuti all'interno, con una grande quantità di polistirolo e piccole scatole singole di imballaggio che rendevano praticamente impossibile il danneggiamento. E' bello vedere come Holyart sia sempre sinonimo di serietà e garanzia: In tanti anni non sono mai rimasto deluso!

I am absolutely pleased with everything

The only problem I had in ordering was when the company I have my card through wasn't sure it was me placing the order...once I assured them it was me then my order went straight through and I received my item in record time...it was so wonderfully packaged there was no way it would be damaged in transit and it was exactly as shown...I couldn't find this item anywhere else so I am absolutely pleased with everything and will definitely order from them again!

It was slightly more expensive than similar items you can buy in the UK which retail around £12-£15 for similar quality, however I was prepared to pay more because it was a perfect gift for someone. Todo lo que puedo decir es bueno, el servicio es excelente, no he tenido ninguna vez algún problema tanto en el tiempo de entrega como el empaquetado de los productos, a la hora de pagar muy bien al dejarme hacerlo por varias vias. Puedo decir que vuestro servicio es excelente. Personalmente he encontrado algúna dificultad en el pago por transferencia donde el Banco Santander no pudo realizar el pago y esto causó mucha tardanza en la entrega de los productos. Sin embargo, vuestro servicio al cliente es increiblemente excelente!, los problemas que surgen se solucionan muy amable y puntualmente. En lo demás, puedo decir que no he encontrado ningun problema. The whole experience in dealing with Holyart was tremendous in every way - the whole process was first class. When the goods arrived however although the quality was superb - there were no pockets in the items and therefore not suitable, therefore the items have been returned to you for credit to my credit card.
