Scapular with rhinestones, gold plated 925 silver. Scapular made of gold plated 925 silver with two medals framed by white rhinestones. The medals represent one Our Lady of Mount Carmel with Jesus Child holding a scapular and the other the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Jewel made in Italy by a company specilaised in silver manufacturing.
