This scapular in rhodium-plated white 18 carat gold and palladium alloy has a 70 cm solid diamond chain on all four sides, with two medals at the ends. These feature on one side the figure of the Sacred Heart and Our Lady of Carmel in colour and diamond with a satin-finished frame, and on the other an engraving of the view of St. Peter's Square with the Basilica and the inscription Vaticano Roma.
