The Agnus Dei, symbol of Christ, is engraved in the centre of the plate on the ring. The animal is depicted with a halo and a cross surmounted by a banner bearing the inscription "Agnus Dei." Three ears of wheat, micro-casted and then silver-plated, are applied to the edge of the paten, reminiscent of the Eucharistic bread.
The paten is entirely handmade in the Umbrian workshop Pical Arte Creazioni, whose signature is engraved next to the Agnus Dei. Specialising in the artisanal production of high-quality sacred objects, the workshop creates creations with meticulous attention to detail, the fruit of the experience of its master craftsmen.
The paten comes with an elegant red velvet presentation case, ideal for both storage and liturgical display.
For cleaning, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth. To remove any fingerprints, use a cloth slightly dampened with warm water and dry immediately. Avoid harsh detergents, alcohol, abrasive pastes, and polishes, which could damage the 18K gold plating and hand-applied finishes.
