At the centre of the rim is engraved the Agnus Dei, depicted with a halo and the traditional banner bearing the inscription "Agnus Dei", symbolising the sacrifice and resurrection of Christ. The paten is further embellished by an elegant grape cluster produced using the lost-wax casting technique and subsequently silver-plated.
Entirely handmade in the Umbrian workshop Pical Arte Creazioni, whose signature is engraved beside the Agnus Dei. Specialised in artistic lost-wax casting and the artisanal production of high-quality sacred objects, the workshop is distinguished by meticulous workmanship and attention to every detail. Supplied with an elegant red velvet presentation case, ideal for both safekeeping and liturgical presentation.
Maintenance: to preserve the paten's beauty, clean with a soft, dry cloth. For fingerprints, use a cloth slightly dampened with lukewarm water and dry immediately. Avoid harsh detergents, alcohol, abrasive pastes and polishes, which could compromise the hand-applied finishes.
