Altar tabernacle of high artistic workmanship, cast in brass and finished with a rich mirror-like gilding.
The structure has a canopy-like architectural form, supported by four twisted columns decorated with silvered elements and featuring angels sculpted in relief at their bases and tops. The base is circular and richly worked with ornamental motifs.
The central element is the ciborium door, decorated with a magnificent Eucharistic relief: a chalice surmounted by the Host bearing the monogram JHS, framed by a radiant halo and two hands in a gesture of offering. The relief is finished in silvered metal to stand out against the gilded background.
The upper dome is surmounted by a cross set with a gemstone.
This tabernacle is an object of great liturgical value, ideal for the reservation of the Eucharist on the altar mensa or in side chapels.
