Extra virgin olive oil obtained via a mechanical process, made from olives collected by the nuns of the trappist Vitorchiano Monastery. This oil is produced in limited quantities by a few producers in Lake Garda and Apulia, as well as in monasteries. It has an intense flavour, requiring only a third of the amount typically used with other oils to season any dish. By choosing this oil, you are guaranteed a high-quality product of 100% Italian origin and craftsmanship.
