Plum compote produced by the trappist nuns of the Vitorchiano monastery. This compote differs from jam as it contains a higher amount of fruit and less sugar. This compote is 100% natural as it does not contain pectine, colouring agents and flavourings. This jam is produced using fresh fruit and sugar according to traditional recipes.
