Made by the monks of the Camaldoli Monastery (Tuscany) with a recipe of the Antica Farmacia di Camaldoli.

Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) leaves, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves, lemon (Citrus limon) peel, couch grass (Agropyrum repens) root, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seeds, mint (Mentha arvensis) leaves, mallow (Malva sylvestris) flowers, anise (Pimpinella anisum) seeds, sage (Salvia officinalis) leaves, camomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flowers, liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) roots.
