Representation of the Madonna della Strada according to Ferruzzi. The original dates back to 1896-7.
Roberto Ferruzzi was born in Šibenik, in Dalmatia from Italian parents (1853-1934).
Patinated finish of the statue: the finished sculpture is coated with a walnut colour patina.
This statue in maple wood is hand made by the Valgardena artisans, following the local artistic tradition.
