Bas-relief with joined hands patinated Valgardena wood.
The original composition belongs to Albrecht Durer (Nuremberg 1471 - 1528). Engraver, painter and mathematician, he was considered to be the best exponent of the Renaissance painting.
Patinated finish of the statue: the completed sculpture is coated with a walnut colour patina.
Sculpture in maple wood, hand made by the Valgardena craftsmen following the local artistic tradition.
These artisans sculpt the Alps wood with great skills and ability. This is a fine article of high quality.

Hélène D.7/14/2022Ce bas relief est très beau et bien conforme à la photo sur le site. C'est un très beau travail. De plus il était parfaitement protégé pour le transport. Pleinement satisfaite (sauf par le transporteur "colis privé" qui ne me l'a pas livré à mon adresse mais dans un point relais)

Anna C.4/14/2018Articolo davvero bello e fatto molto bene, lo avrei preferito leggermente più grande ma la misura è comunque quella indicata sul sito. Il colore è un po' diverso da quello sul sito, ma a mio avviso, è anche più bello. Molto bella anche la storia legata al dipinto originale di Dürer.
