The piece has a spherical form inspired by a soccer ball, with raised geometric paneling and uniform black surfaces enhanced by gold profiles and insets that follow the cell pattern.
The decorative finish is obtained by an initial ceramic enamel layer stabilized in the kiln, followed by manual application of gold lusters and consolidation through a subsequent low-temperature firing.
