Antique Russian icon, Our Lady of Deesis.
This extremely high quality icon is painted with the traditional technique of egg tempera on wood and levkas.
Deesis is a traditional iconic representation of Jesus Christ flanked by the Virgin Mary and St. John the Baptist.
Comes with certificate of origin and warranty, and is delivered with expert testimony and pictures of the Russian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and with export document.
