Crucifixion antique Russian icon 35x30cm.
The background of this icon is made with gold leaf, also called staurotheke. The crucifix is made with bronze and enamels.
Origin: Moscow, Russia
Technique: Wood, Levkas painted with egg tempera and gold leaf
Measurements: 35,5 x 30,7 cm
Epoch: second part of 1800.
Comes with certificate of origin and warranty, and is delivered with expert testimony of the Russian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and with export document.
