Quadripartite ancient icon, restored in the 21th century, Russia, 12.6x10.2 inches. Ancient Russian icon from Moscow, painted by hand with egg tempera on a wood board with levkas and restored in the 21th.
This icon is divided in four scenes representing, from top left:
- Theotokos Softener of Evil Hearts
- Mother of God Assuage My Sorrows
- Theotokos the Refuge and the Hope of Sinners
- Theotokos Seeker of the Perishing.
Precious icon delivered in a blue case with its expertise and certificate of authenticity in italian and english.
