The icon represents in the centre the Archangel Michael, portrayed in armour with his wings folded back, envelopping Jesus Christ. On the left, we find Saint Florus (up) and Saint Modestus (down). On the right, Saints Laurus (up) and Basil (down).

The icon represents in the centre the Archangel Michael, portrayed in armour with his wings folded back, envelopping Jesus Christ. On the left, we find Saint Florus (up) and Saint Modestus (down). On the right, Saints Laurus (up) and Basil (down).
This precious icon is also enriched by a brass riza, beaten by hand, letting encovered only the Saints and the Saviour's faces, skillfully painted.
