Russian antiquitised icon of Mother of God of Three Hands, 16.5x11.8 inches, découpage. Modern Russian icon with antique finish, made by hand with découpage and paint on hardwood.
The board is reinforced with crossbeams according to the classic Russian tradition to prevent the painting from benting over time.
The halos are painted with different shades of gold.

Este ícone russo da Mãe de Deus das Três Mãos é de uma rara beleza! Trata-se de um produto feito à mão com a técnica da decoupage que muito aprecio em produtos de arte. Os tons de ouro maciço conferem ao ícone um forte valor acrecentado e tornam-na numa peça ímpar, uma peça que trás à mente o milagre ocorrido com São João Damasceno.
