Romanian icon of the Mother of God of Murom, 5.5x7 in. Icon painted by hand by Romanian artists with oil paint on a wooden board with a background still showing the grain of the wood.
This icon represents the Mother of God of Murom, a modern representation of an old painting used by prince Constantin of Murom to convert the pagans of the area. The view of the icon makes them ask to be baptised.
The painting is delivered in a case with certificate of authenticity and a short story of the icon.
