Russian hand painted icon, Nativity of Mary 6x9cm.
This small icon is very refined, hand made by the painters of the Russian school of Palekh.
Everything is perfect even in the smallest details.
Hand-painted on wood with egg tempera and gold leaf, following the antique iconographic techniques of the Russian Church.
The images are painted on canvas then transferred on wood.
Delivered with certificate of origin.
