fr. A.5/4/2023La statua mi ha colpito per la sua bellezza e per le sue forme tanto essenziali quanto espressive, quindi eleganti. L'ho scelta per essere regalata. Scartato il regalo, ho avuto - e non solo personalmente! - la conferma del prodotto acquistato, che è stato tanto gradito! Un piccolo inghippo, risolto perfettamente: l'imballaggio non aveva protetto adeguatamente la parte più fragile della statua, le mani, ed una di queste, allo scarto del regalo, era rotta. Il personale, contattato per il reclamo, ha subito provveduto alla sostituzione del prodotto... che fa la sua bella figura!
