Spherical ceramic Christmas bauble, entirely hand-painted with a captivating midnight blue background, embellished with a central green Christmas tree adorned with small colourful details and gold outlines.
Each bauble undergoes meticulous artisanal craftsmanship: from slip casting in plaster molds, initial firing at 1000°C. Subsequently painted with non-toxic glazes, immersed in crystalline glaze, and subjected to a second firing at 920°C. The final decoration with 10% pure gold leaf is set through a third firing at 720°C.
This creation bears the signature of Dellarte Ceramiche, an Italian artisanal workshop founded by Paola Zaghi, creating unique pieces with experience and passion.
