Dellarte Ceramiche Christmas tree ball, marbled finish with gold stars, 4 in, hand-painted.
This enchanting round ceramic Christmas ornament, signed by Dellarte Ceramiche, portrays an enchanted night sky against a green and blue background, hand-sprayed with gold stars created in relief with free-hand decorations.
The production process is the result of meticulous artisanal work, starting from slip poured into plaster molds, undergoing the first firing at 1000°C to achieve the so-called biscuit stage, followed by decoration with non-toxic glazes, a dip in clear crystalline, and a second firing at 920°C. The final touch is the application of 10% pure gold leaf, fixed with a third firing at 720°C, ensuring durability and brilliance over time.
Dellarte Ceramiche stems from a project of passion and expertise, founded by Paola Zaghi, teacher of Art History and Painting Design. This family-run Italian company combines artistic tradition and contemporary creativity, crafting unique pieces that narrate a love for authentic craftsmanship.
Perfect as a gift idea or to adorn your Christmas tree, this ball adds a touch of elegance and poetry to your home.
