This artistic ceramic bauble is characterised by a vibrant red background adorned with bright green holly branches and red berries, enhanced with precious embossed gold details. Each piece is entirely hand-painted, making each bauble a unique work of art.
The artisanal process involves slip pouring into gypsum molds, followed by initial firing at 1000°C. After decoration with non-toxic glazes, the bauble is immersed in transparent glaze and fired again at 920°C to achieve a glossy and protective surface. The final touch is the application of 10% pure gold leaf, fixed with a third firing at 720°C.
