This refined Christmas tree bauble, crafted by Dellarte Ceramiche, celebrates the sweetest moment of Christmas, the Nativity, with Baby Jesus cradled between the ox and the donkey.
Made in Italy, the artisanal process begins with slip cast into plaster molds, followed by the first firing at 1000°C. The hand-painted decoration with non-toxic and environmentally safe glazes is then protected with a crystalline bath. After a second firing at 920°C, the 10% 24-carat gold details are applied with a final firing at 720°C.
